Council is calling a special meeting of the congregation to vote on a change to the By-Laws. The change involves the process for choosing and approving the organizations that receive money from our Mission and Endowment Fund. Email announcing the meeting and the specifics of the changes will be sent no later than 10 days before the meeting to all members.
